Can you play for my wedding, bar mitzvah, husband’s birthday party, Temple dinner dance, etc.

Squeaky Clean does many traditional parties, the kinds of affairs where people hire bands or DJs from an agency. We use our existing repertoire of music from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, which covers a pretty broad range of musical styles. Click here to download our party song list. If you want the kind of band that plays all styles of music, our drummer Alan runs a great band called New York Connection. You may call him directly at (732) 617-0018 or click to go to their website.

Are Suzanne and Glenn married? Do they have any children?

Suzanne and Glenn will be celebrating their 28th wedding anniversary on June 4, 2006. They have three daughters: Leila (18 in June, 2006) Coralynn (14 in November, 2005) and Addy (10 in March, 2006). All of the girls love music, and they all sang or played instruments on our “Pull Together” CD.

Why do you have two different drummers?

Both of our drummers Alan Michaels and Phil Leone have active careers besides their work with Squeaky Clean. As mentioned above, Alan runs a large wedding band. He is also Director of Instrumental Music at
Peddie School in Hightstown, NJ. Phil Leone is a working NYC drummer, always performing in theatres, clubs and similar venues. We are able to split the dates between them and always have ourselves covered. Over the summer, we are so busy that we really need more than one drummer to keep up with us. And when our schedule is lighter, Phil and Alan are able to pursue their other projects.

Why don’t you publish your prices on the website?

Our price schedule is not complicated, but it is a little too complicated to put up on the web. We are happy to give prices over the phone. Speaking to you in person gives us the best insight into how we can match what we offer to what you’re looking for.

Can you lower your price? We are a PTA, non-profit, library, senior center, etc. etc.

We have a fixed price schedule where everyone pays the same price, other than a travel charge that varies according to location. There is also a slight surcharge for evening and weekend performances. For organizations on a limited budget, “Get Rhythm with Suzanne and Glenn” is our most economical show. Though you don’t get the treat of having Alan or Phil play the drums, our sequencer reproduces the drum parts. For small venues, small parties or small budgets, we have the most flexibility with this presentation.
